Technical 5-Axis Machining

The topic I chose for this month is our 5-axis machining skills. We now have 60 CNC machining centers in total, and 15 of them are 5-axis machines. 5-Axis machines utilize the typical X, Y and Z axes in conjunction with the A and B axes so that the tools can get to five sides of a part, no extra turning or setup required. It allows us to machine 3D and complex shapes like angled holes or dome shapes. We are offering machining services that other companies cannot.
